The School of Education's Department of Teaching, Learning and Leading and the Global Studies Center are offering a 1-credit micro-course for those considering teaching English abroad during a gap year. This micro-course introduces participants to language teaching practices, both knowledge and implementation practices, and provides guidance on writing competitive applications for teaching abroad opportunities. Participants will meet with Pitt alumni who teach abroad, including those with the French government and who have received Fullbright ETAs.
