Purpose
Partial-Tuition Remission Scholarship: Reduces tuition to in-state amount.
Eligibility
All out-of-state undergraduate students at the University of Pittsburgh enrolled in Intensive Summer Japanese (JPNSE 1061 or JPNSE 1062).
To apply for all funding, all students will need to: Complete an application form on PittFund$Me. You can access PittFund$Me through your my.pitt.edu portal. Use the dashboard to search for the scholarship you wish to apply to; Submit unofficial transcripts from each college or university attended; Submit a statement of purpose no more than 1500 words that explains your interest in the area and the purpose of the grant; Secure two letters of recommendation (for language-based scholarship applications, it is highly encouraged that you submit a letter of recommendation from your language teacher).
