We offer two graduate certificates in Latin American Studies. CLAS also develops and coordinates resources relating to Latin America and the Caribbean including lectures, conferences, cultural events, funding opportunities, and more.
Certificate in Latin American Studies
The Center for Latin American Studies offers two graduate certificates in Latin American Studies: the Graduate Certificate in Latin American Studies and the Graduate Certificate Latin American Social and Public Policy. There are two tiers for both certificates, one for a Masters-level Certificate and the second for a Doctoral/Advanced level Certificate.

The Center for Latin American Studies offers two graduate certificates in Latin American Social and Public Policy: the Graduate Certificate in Latin American Studies and the Graduate Certificate Latin American Social and Public Policy. Any graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh may enroll in the Certificate in Latin American Studies or Certificate in Latin American Social and Public Policy of the Center for Latin American Studies.
